Quality policy

It is the policy of RS Divers to meet the needs of our customers through our commitment to deliver service excellence.

We are committed to excellent customer service and continuous improvement of our Quality Management activities. To achieve this, business will be conducted in accordance with the following principles

We shall:

  • Implement, monitor and maintain a management system which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
  • Follow a concept of continuous improvement and make best use of our management resources in all Quality matters.
  • Deliver service that exceeds the requirements our customers and complies with all established procedures.
  • Be accountable for the quality of our work and perform to the best of our capabilities at all times.
  • Provide the appropriate work environment, training and support for all employees in order for us to achieve this goal.
  • Ensurlng all members of staff are aware of this Quality Policy and it lmportance to the effective operation of RS Divers.
  • Comply with all applicable statutory laws and regulations.

This policy will be monitored at regular intervals to ensure that the above objectives are being achieved. In light of legislative or organisational changes this policy will be reviewed and if necessary altered accordingly.
